Radiator, Auto/Stick Same? Sad owner

I had a radiator shipped to me so I could chenge it on New Years day.
I have a 95SE 5 speed. I just took it out of the box to notice that it has two brass outlets at the base, I think for auto trans.
I am not happy about this as I cannot get through to the place I bought it from.

Am I wrong? are they the same aftermarket? Can I blank of the pipes and use it anyway? I hate to do that, any ideas appreciated.

You can use the Auto radiator on your 5-speed. No problem.

One could not, however, use a 5-speed radiator on an auto...

of course you are right, the trans cooler is for the oil, so if you don't connect it it doesn't matter anyway.
Thanks, I am now happy.

BTW Radiator.com was $149 + $20 S+H
