Hey all, got a 96 GXE and whenever I start the car the started makes this terrible noise after it cranks the car over. I was told to replace it before it destroys my flywheel. I have no idea how much money I am looking at or if it is something that I can do myself. Any opinions or options would be helpful.

 

i think you need to re-grease the starter,but not sure, check out http://www.motorvate.ca/ and look under 'engine' to fix that.

If you use search, you might find out the exact problem
