electrical problem after install of red/clears....help...

I installed the red/clear tails last week and since then, my car has electrical problems. 1-my radio doesn't turn on. It's just a Pioneer head unit and it used to work perfect before I installed the tails. 2-My keyless remote entry doesn't work. Lock, unlock, or trunk buttons don't work. 3-The only window that opens now is the driver's. The passenger and the 2 back seat windows don't open. Lastly 4-From inside the car, when I turn on the 'right' turn signal, the right arrow that blinks on the dash goes crazy. It blinks twice as fast as before. The 'left' signal is fine, the way it was before the install.

I'm not sure if it's from the tails but I noticed all of this the day after I installed them. Could it be like a short fuse or something..

Oh and I did disconnect the battery for a few min and hooked it back up. >didn't change anything.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like your shorting out a wire somewhere in the back. And make sure you check ALL your fuses in car and under hood!!

Ok sounds like you blew a fuse...Also, with the blinker signaling fast, theres something wrong with your bulb perhaps...Make sure that the right turn signal bulb is fine...Checkk all the fuses, both under the hood and in the kick panel....and also, your supposed to disconnect your battery while working on electronics if you dont wanna mess somethin up, not after its already messed up

I have heard of this problem with the Red/Clears before...the only way to make everything work is to sell them to me for 40$.

check the fuses or your best bet would be to sell them to one of us for 40 bucks, i like that idea the best...after selling them to one of us you'll probably still have all the electrical problems but we'll be very happy maxima owners
