Idle Problem Please Help

So I did my tune-up. Change plugs, fuel filter, and PCV Valve. I also changed my defective right bank O2 sensor. I cleaned and re-oiled the POP charger, cleaned the throtle body, and reset my ECU. Now when I start my car the idle is very high. 2K at times, when the interior fan is on, it even jumps around sometimes. It does this for some time and than it goes back to normal. Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I don't know about idling high. If it was idling low/stalling, I would suggest the intake gasket. That's what happened to my Max.

Thanks, I'm thinking if it may be from cleaning my throtle body.

Typically, when you clean your TB your idle will be higher.
When your ECU figures it out, your RPMs will drop.
