They're both pretty much the same with gains and sound. Just get the cheaper one I guess. Ebay

It seems that budget is making a CAI that should be pretty cheap as well, might want to wait around until those are released. Probably going to fall in the CAN150 range.

in terms of performance gains - they are the same, quality wise, the warpspeed is slighly better only because it includes a K&N filter
