Which Wire is Positive for Bumper Rewire?

I've been wanting to do this since I bought the car, but never got around to figuring out how to do it. Now that I know, I can't wait till I get some free time.

However, when following these instructions:

http://www.seas.ucla.edu/~cheston/blinkers.html

Which wire is positive and which the ground?

If you're talking of the 97-99 corner lens rewire where the bulb stays bright, then its a trick question. Both of the wires are the hot wire. One tip is for the 8 watt filament (factory in 97-99) the other (left unattached in 97-99) is for the 27 watt filament. If you simply disconnect the 8 watt filament lead on the bottom of the socket and resolder it to the 27 watt nipple, the you'll get the bright corner lights. Hop ethis helped. If you meant something different, then let me know.

PERFECT!!!

Better than I had hoped. I already knew the physics behind how to do it, I just wanted to know the colours so that I wouldn't need to use a multitester to figure out which wire was which. But with the full instructions too, I now have even more confidence.

Thanks Clee!
