Reccomendations For Fog Light Bulbs
I drive a 97 SE and just went over the 80K mark today so I've decided to replace some of the original equipment (ATF, fuel filter, wiper blade inserts, lights). I'm going to Autozone and am replacing the original stock halogen lights with Sylvania ExtraVision ($20/pair). Can anyone recommend a decent replacement/upgrade for the fog light bulbs? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just as in the Silverstars vs. Xtravisions debate, wouldn't one be better off using fogs that don't have the brightness-robbing blue coating on the bulb?

This is a very good point!
Just keep in mind that the Fog lights hit the road about 10 feet in front of your car. Also, that beam of light is projected only 1 foot off the ground. That makes it easier to throw good light down.
The problems comes when you try to light up the road 25 - 40 feet in front of you from about 2-1/2 feet up. Super White bulbs can't do it so good.

I have some PIAA super plasma, and they are just great. I don't think they will math with your headlights cuz the light they prodice is kinda purple. I really don't use them for Fog or for Snow or Rain or anything since here in Arizona we don't have much of it but they light up the road better than my stock bulbs.
