WTF my car burped?

I don't know if this is a serious problem but my maxed almost bogged out upon full throttle, had I not let off the gas it would have. Does this have anything to do with cleaning the throttle body?

No, throttle body cleaning only helps idle and throttle response. Doesn't really help you at WOT.

Fuel filter maybe clogged.... or your TPS is failing.

I'm gonna go ahead and check the TPS, is it ajustable maybe? I replaced the filter about 8k ago. also this is going to sound dumb but where is the PCV on the 97 max? does it have one? the fram book @ my local parts store says it doesn't exsist, same goes with the purolator.

This can also be a problem with the Mass Air-Flow Sensor (MAFS)

Was the car serviced recently?

Last service was the 60k service done @ about 85k, since then I've put on a fuel filter, brakes, K&N air filter, new alt and belts, and flushing the cooling system thats about it, aside from the numerous oil changes

It does exist. You can pick up a replacement at your local dealer for about $5, I think.

Here is the location:

They're about $1.99 at Walmart, Autozone, Advance Auto, etc... They can look like a pain to get off (cramped space), but work with it and you'll get it. Once off, shake it and if it is still good, you'll hear a distinct metallic "tink, tink". You can be real cheap and clean it with something like throttle body cleaner, but for $1.99 I usually just replace mine. Also check the hose to make sure it isn't gunked up. It can be sprayed out and put back on.
