lol. blame my dad for both me being into cars and me loving nissan.

Anyway, the numbers for auto vs manual are only 10 hp...not THAT horrible, I guess. Could be worse.... Ah well. My next car will be manual, since I'll be buying new, or OLD...see sig.

The MEVI would help if I had something to compensate for the low-end loss, like cams and an ECU. I'm working on custom-ground cams (for less than JWT wants to charge).

Hey, thank your dad for us!

I hope the deal with the cams works out. I heard that even though JWT's cams do help, they are a bit on the mild side. That makes our stock cams really mild.

IMHO, that means quite a bit of power can still be found out of our 3L VQs. If you can get a more agressive profile than the JWT cams at a lower price, that will be a great deal.

Let us know when they're finished!

I know that, thats why I thought they had more. I also know that we're talking dyno "to the wheels" numbers here, Im not that retarded lol. Don't get me wrong guys, I love 4th gen Maximas and Im totally not trying to insult you or your cars. I just find it surprising that the 5spd max's are so quick considering the relatively low hp they put down stock.
