Rubbing with Intrax and 17x8, how bad is this?

Well, basically its been a couple months since I installed my KYB's and Intrax springs and they are totally settled by now obviously, and im getting a lot of rubbing on the back wheels whenever I make a sharp turn, especially if the road is slanted. Besides the noise, how bad is this for my tires? Also, I don't really want to roll my fenders with a bat, so how much does it normally cost to have a shop do it for me? I think this summer I am going to go with Sprints, and I was wondering if people have the same issue with the front rubbing running 17x8 inch wheels. tire size is 235/45/17 just fyi.

what's the offset on your wheels. Seems odd, this is the first case of rubbing I think I've heard of on a Max... and the back makes it even more odd. I've got GCs (which are much lower than any lowering springs can dream of being) and I've never rubbed. Is it the inside or outside of the tire thats rubbing?

I actually don't remember the exact offset of the wheels, but im sure someone knows, they are the common Mille Miglia Evo5's. These springs are dam3 low in the back, so much in fact that my tire is almost tucked. Doesn't help much that I have a pretty heavy sub box in the trunk. I unfortunatly can't tell which side of the tire is rubbing. *kicks himself for not getting sprints in the first place*

Probably the driver's rear... just roll it a little... I did but enough to get rid of all of it with my 245s.
