Air filter adapter? and Factory keyless entry
Air filter adapter? and Factory keyless entry
Hey guys I have two questions, the first is are the aftermarket air filter adapters the same for 89-94 Maximas as the 95-99's? Basically is the adapter plate that goes on the MAF sensor the same for both 3rd and 4th gen's? Also I was wondering if all 98' Max's have the factory keyless entry modules already on the cars, so can you just buy a factory remote and program it to work, or did not all cars come with the keyless entry module? And how do i check to see if I have one or not? Thanks

Hey guys I foudn the answer to my second question after searching and coming up with these two posts

and I found the little brown plug in the back, and the keyless module next to the jack, but i tried sticking my key into the ignition 6-7 times withint 10 seconds but i don't get any flashes, do i have to lock the doors, leave them unlocked, or leave the door open? Also i checked the links to directions on programming the factory remotes, but some of the links are dead, could someone direct me to a link that works? Thanks
