CV boots.

I just got some new wheels about 2 weeks ago and when I was installing them I noticed that my right front CV boot was leaking grease out of the small fitting on the drive shaft. Well guess what, now my car is vibrating on the highway and I am thinking that the cv has gotten sand and dirt in it and it is going kaput. The thing is the drivers side is starting to do the same thing! Crap... Could this be a direct result of having larger (18s) and heavier wheels on my car? Like the rotational mass is causing more stress on the cv axles? Thanx for the input..
