the car shut down on the morning

well i dont know what happen this time. My maxima auto, shut down. When i start the car on the morning, and shift from P to R, 1, 2, gear the rmps goes down and the engine stop. I have to drive very slow on D to avoid this problem, after 1 mile of something like that if i put 1,2, the car goes ok.

the car shut dows like a 5speed, if you shift from N to 3,4, 5 gear with the car stop and you put the brake, then loosen the clutch is normal that the car shut down cause you dont let the car move and dont press the accelerator. My car feels like that.

any suggestion? i will go the dealer to check the valve body, any suggestion?

check your computer code. if nothing, then maybe start basic and pull and check the plugs,etc... Could be computer related though since the engine has a different program for when its cold than when its hot. Tons of possibilities are running through my mind now-better check tha computer code in the FAQ part of the site.

Odd. Hmmm it just souds like there is a problem in the cold start mode. Maybe the thermostat? Something is making the car run poorly only in this mode. I think Im on the right track but I'm no mechanic.
