Do sentra/200SX shift bushings fit 98 Maxima

ive heard that they are universal with Nissan shifters, part # from suspensionbushings.com was 7-1109 for up to 99' sentra/200sx, im getting the fsb bushings from them and would like to make the stock shifter feel more solid and I would like to get these at the same time of they will work.

I used a bushing from a 96 200sx on my max worked great. I would assume that the bushing is the same in your car.

So far everything I've seen says they'll fit. I haven't gotten mine yet, but I'm going to soon.

Try this on for size: for my gf's 1st gen Altima short shifter, I used my bro's 5th gen maxima bushings in there.

I know 1st gen altima and 2nd gen altima short shifters are swappable, so bushings from 1st and 2nd gen altimas are the same as 5th gen maximas.

Stillen told me on the phone that the 5th gen max short shifters fit 4th gens max which fit 3rd gens max. (ok, this point was useless) (I haven't compared my 4th gen shifter w/my bro's 3rd gen VE yet...but I will soon)

Stillen also said the altima, sentra, 200sx, and g20 all use the same sts. So yeah, the bushings are the same. (Hmm...maybe this shoulda been my opening paragraph?)

Anyways, yeah, just about all Nissan sedans use the same bushings and shifters...but 4th gen shifter is crooked, but that won't be a problem with bushings. Be sure your new shifter is angled towards the driver...
