are all the fstb the same

I been on ebay and the fstb go for 20 to 30 shipped. My question is are the ones on ebay the same as the higher price ones like stillen?Do they do the same job.Or are they just cheap imitations, are they worth buying or should I just go and buy a stillen fstb.

Yes, the ebay ones do the same thing as the higher priced ones, they only differ cosmetically.

All FSTB are not the same... Different material and construction. Stillen's FSTB is a solid piece of CNC aluminum. Cattman has the Titanium FSTB. Ebay ones are hallow inside. Is the Stillen or Cattman perform that much better than Ebay ones? Nobody knows....

I think buying Stillen or Cattman would be for showing off or bragging right, the Ebay ones do the same job. You won't notice the difference. Whichever is in your budget.

Billet CNC Aluminum is pretty damn strong, but the only thing I don't like about aluminum is it's tendency to fatigue. However, I'm not certain of the loads on the FSTB so it may not be an issue at all, hopefully it's an Aluminum alloy and not just Aluminum. Titanium is probably the stiffest metal you can get and is very hard to machine and bend. That's why Cattman charges a ton of money for it. So, if you want the stiffest FSTB, Cattman would be the way to go. But, as others said, I'm sure that you wouldn't be able to tell the difference, unless you are doing Auto-X regularly, the difference should be negligable.

get the cheap one and if it bends or the mounting plate snaps or whatever then spend a little more next time. mine was 34.00 shipped. i don't even know the name and i haven't had any problems.

I got a BOMZ one for my dad's max and it was much wider and thicker than mine so it might even matter. But i dont know cause you would have to drive pretty hard to notice.
