400$ i want performance, but sound as well!

hey guys, i need some advice...
my grandmother just gave me 400 dollars to do stuff to my car with...my problem is that i was just in an accident...and i have a huge loan to pay off, so this 400$ is gonna be all i have to spend on the car for a LONNNNNNNNG time..i already have a Stillen front lip on the car and diamond cut clear bumper lenses...so i have the looks...now i want performance aspects...i know for the money, the y-pipe is the best buy, however, that won't really really annouce that i meant business unless i am at WOT all the time...The OBX catback sounds like a great deal, and MECCANOBLE says it sounds great, especially with his y-pipe... However, if i wanted to get the OBX, i would only have the money for a y-pipe and the obx...no intake... would the exhaust still sound good with y-pipe and the exhaust and no intake? OR i could get a custom b-pipe, y-pipe and intake...i dunno what i wanna do, b/c i want that NICE sound, and i don't really just want it at WOT tho... and i also want some performance...WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Also i was wondering if the installation of the OBX catback requires any welding, or is it a bolt on? i would like to do all the installation myslef if i could (I HATE BEING POOR!!!)

PLEASE HELP ME!!! and thanks in advance for any help!!!!

man, it's simple...

$160 for budget y-pipe, $130 for budget b-pipe, $30 for intake(for filter and adapter), and you have $80 left... maybe buy a universal muffler for $50-80...

That would work as well......except the $50 universal muffler.
