Thanks to all members in this forum, my car run almost perfect now. It is a 1996 Maxima GLE with 192000km or 120000miles on it.
Problems has been fixed by solutions provided by various members in this forum. Problem occurred Dec. 24. 2002 and car running good finally on Feb. 7. 2003.

Problem : 1.HARD START IN COLD MORNINGS
2.NO START
3.CRANKS BUT NO START

Fixes : 1.Starter finally broke. Replaced starter.
2.Starter broke again but didn't know. changed engine coolant temperature sensor, pcv valve, fuel filter, and clean throttle body and changing engine oil like zillion times because fuel was in the crankcase.
3.Replaced the starter for second time.

End result, no more giving gas for 10 secs right after initial starting the car which take sometimes 30 secs. Car started up after 2 secs of turning the key this morning. I left the car outside and it is like -10C in Toronto (in F I dunno like 20 F).
