i FINALLY got my new toy!!!!

haha...i finally got my Budget Y-pipe today after a 2 week wait, its great looking, no mess-ups apparent. WOOHOO, cant wait till its on my car

See if my Butt dyno agrees with the actual dyno....

awww man I cannot wait! I ordered mine a week ago today! Yours looks great and will be even better when its on the car. You doing it yourself or having a shop do it?

me and my friend...well, mostly my friend is doing it, lol. Yeah, i dont know why they spend their time painting it when its just gonna bake off. Gawd, i wanna it on my car NOW!! lol

I find them to be really good welds. Theres no holes or anything and the welds are all even across the whole weld area, all-in-all im very satisfied. Will have it on this weekend for the 16th meet in bradenton!!!

i paid like 166 shipped to my door. STEALIN is probably gonna run you over 300 similar to warspeed and cattman... Get a budget even if your not on a budget! Oh yeah, it miiiight go on tonight

Hey guys, i got it put on tonight, and man, i LOVE it, the butt dyno definately detects added pep!! Everything fit perfectly and i LOVE the low growl it adds when you start up the car. Adds a fiercer sound to my intake, its great, no CELs either. What i dont like is the damn paint burning off , other than that, its all good, VERY satisfied customer!!


GET A BUDGET!!

I do have one complaint though, has anyone with a budget or any y-pipe for that matter, experienced a metalic rasp?? I think something is rubbing, i read something about the Cat-cover shield could be to blame?...can this be so? I mean its not annoying, i dont think its an air leak, since they dont make metalic rubbing noises, and im about 95%sure all the bolts are pretty damn tight...

But oh yeah...raced my cousins '03 Accord V-6 coupe (that B!tch is quick!!) just now (again), and wow, from behind she pulls up to the accord from a roll, and just keeps pulling well past 100!!

Are you sure one of your pipes is not rubbing on a cross bar to hold your exhaust in. My car did that a month after the exhaust was done and all i had to do was tighten the rubber strap to hold it up.

Yep thats it. My pipe was making noise on the little metal piece that is like a safety to the pipe. Its right behind the cat on the way to the muffler.

The b-pipe doesn't change anything emissions-related. You can still pass emissions with a y-pipe as long as the car is warmed up and your OEM main cat is in good condition. Only the pre-cats are replaced, not the main cat.

I finally got mine Budget also..its now installed..pics of stock vs. budget are in sig. I am so pleased with this purchase.
