which CAI is better?

It seems there are two different configurations that are available for the 4th gen. Maxima. One goes behind the battery, and one goes near the radiator fans.

Which one is better? I've been seeing them on ebay for like $60, but the other companies (place racing / BOMZ) are $140+
What's the difference between the two configurations?

The one that goes behind the battery and in the fender is the best one cause it gets colder air than the one that just goes near the radiator.
