So who is the lightest one.

I'm 24, 5'10" and 130 lbs
My wallet is awful light and thin, since I bought my Max.

5'7.5" Used to weigh 210 about 2yrs ago, now weigh 158. Losing the intial weight was tough but getting more lean is even tougher. Looking at old pictures is scary

everytime people say what's up I say My Cholesterol!

damn, the average max driver is really thin me and my buddy are both 20 and i am 6' 200lbs and my buddy is 5'7" 175 and we both are under 10% body fat. to you guys that say you eat and cant gain weight, you can you just need to eat the right foods at the right times. Along with some weight training if you can part with cleaning the max for a couple hours a week.

I feel like a fat bastard...

...I'm 5'8" and tip the scales at 170 (and I just lost 4 pounds)...

mind you, most people think I'm about 140-150, so I hide it well

Some of you guys are really thin. I may be light (at the 5'5", 150) but noone really would consider me thin.

So far, I win the lb/ for lb. bench press. I benching 275-285 right now. Was @ 315 weighing 152.5.

Damn that's pretty good. at my best shape I was 165 benching 250, that was like 5 years ago. nowadays I struggle with 100 on the bench...

Be nice...we are all posting unrequested info on here. This thread is all in fun...

Of course, @ 205 w/ 18" biceps you should be pushing more than 260...

I think I can bench like 60 pounds. And I may be able to touch my thumb and middle fingers around my biceps, so I don't really have anything to brag about.

My mon even told me (after seeing my brother's biceps) that mine looked like a girl (with much respect to the ladies on this forum)
I want to work out and punch her, But if I did that I'm 117% sure she would cutt off my arms, if my father doesn't shoot me first, after getting a ***-wooping from my brothers.

You all need to hit the gym. Everyone is a bunch of skinny asses. Go lift some weight or drink more beer or both.

5'9" @ 170

Believe me, I'm 26 April 4th and I just started a gym routine again, so my weight is in all the wrong places - but at least I have some weight behind the punches I throw.

Sounds like you may have a bit of the Napolean complex tho

No doubt about the napoleon complex. Why do you think I started working out in the first place?

I just turned 26 last month and have SO FAR avoided too much weight migration. When I took a year off when I was 20-21 it happened a little bit, but 3 months back into it I was back to form.

5'9" is a good frame to start with- you should be in a position to see 185-190 w/in a year while keeping BF low.

I would love to have ended up 5'8"-5'9" but it was not in the cards. I will most likely never see 160 (of quality weight). It sux.

Age definitely puts on the lbs. I am a male who is 5'6". I have been between 100-110 lbs from the ages of 17 - 31. In two years I gained 10 lbs. See what marriage and a job do to you.
