Does Anyone Know How To Make

Does any one know how to make an intake for a 97 max? I can make the pipe, but there is 2 little tubes that come off the intake. What are those, and if i make one what can i do about them?

look at my homepage.

Mine is Chrome, all the connections and hoses.
$24 shipped, off a regular seller on ebay.

or you can try your own way...be carefull of the throttle cable...you could get stuck at "open" or "partial" throttle.

That is the best write-up i have seen. I did mine myself as well. I used conduit for the smaller hoses, and did the breather filter like the write up did. Make sure that you make a bracket to hold it all up. I made mine out of a piece of 3/16" steel just like my MAF sensor adapter. My dad and I did a lot of welding and grinding. Will post pictures soon. I have yet to paint mine, but i think i am gonna just polish and clearcoat it. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let me know.
