Engine Coolant Temp Sensor

My ECU is throwing codes for both sensors, and I'd figured I'd go ahead and replace them. Looking in my handy-dandy Haynes manual, it says to use "conductive sealant" on the threads. Searching the forums doesn't turn up anything, either. Has anyone ever replaced these, and if so, what did you use? I ended up buying dielectric grease as it was the only "conductive" stuff I could find.

I have used Anti Seize Compound, it is conductive. I think what they are trying to say is don't use the teflon products.
