Use a camera and do a time lapse photo. You'll get enough light to see the car and the neons.

(taken at night, no flash)

Stickers look good, but ever heard about Windex on the glass? Just kidding. Weather here (Louisiana) has been horrible, so mine look the same. But atleast we didn't get 20+ inches of snow like up north.

woot is like a white "RADICAL"
hehe...I think you have to go back about 12-15 years for that one.

The stickers are lookin' good I dun get the neon kit though, I thought you were a go-man and not a show-man. I mean, what good will the world's only twin-turbo 4th gen max be if someone steals it because of the showiness?

I think you mean set the camera to a longer exposure time. Time-lapse is used for motion pictures (ie: watching grass growing over a period of weeks).

You have the right idea though. The longer the shutter is open, the more light is collected by the film making a higher contrast picture. Be careful though, you can't move the camera while you do this or you get a fuzzy picture. Use a tripod.
