Question about Trenz Grill

Just got one used with a few scratches. I was just wondering if there's any method to make the grill shinier and/or to make it look like the scratches are somewhat gone. Any suggestions? I heard alcohol would do? i dunno...

use Mothers polish and it works like magic...like new...bling,bling.....
