No but I got RH C5s in 19 inch. If you get Racing Harts you will pay out your @ss. Plus they are discontinued I believe. Looks the same but is a one piece instead of the 2 or 3 , whichever it is.

Cut maxspeeds. As low as sprints if not a hair lower. You should be fine if you get the right tire size.
