As far as that thing, no way it won't do anything but cost you money. But as for electric s/c's, i doubt the one's on ebay worked, but the new skyline for 2004/5 might have electric powered twin turbo's. So you never know.

 

i have heard horror stories, one of them including 6 different people emailing me about wanting to start a class action lawsuit against the makers because it say "Will not harm your automobile!" and woe and behold, 600.00 later the car was running ok again. I luckily never put the one that i bought from ebay in.
