Good to hear! I have the FTSB, and I want the RSB. Can you describe how your ride improved? The one thing that's been bothering me about my max is that it's not very level during turns like my girlfriend's Contour (which I have to admit has awesome suspension). If this makes the handling better, then I definitely want it ASAP.

fstb search

To get more results on ebay for maxima fstb, do a search for "maxima bar". Also, I should get fstb from ebay soon ( I got the one for 13.99). Any specific instructions for installation? On shop talk, I can't open the page with fstb installation (link is dead or page does not exist). Can anyone help with installation of fstb? Thanks in advance.

is there any significant difference in the various strut bars found on ebay? also, i heard that it was a pain to install the FSTB and RSB if you have ABS...anyone hear anything? thanks all.

Check out this link (Link to Addco install and review...)for more info, but here is the gist of it:

"Other than 16" rims and new tires, this is my ONLY handling mod. I noticed very little change. Perhaps I need to do a FSTB as well, but I really did not see much difference. If anything, I noticed that the max seems to have a greater threshhold prior to developing understear, but all that that seems to do is make the "window" between understeer and oversteer all the more narrow. It feels like constant adjustment (or at least monitoring) is needed in a hard curve to maintain the proper steering balance. I really feel like the car has a more "razor's edge" handling feel now- sharper handling, but with a lower margin for error. Maybe it is all in my head, but at the edge of the handling envelope, it feels like a slight over-compensation or a fraction of a turn too far would put the car in a spin. I know that I would not spin right away, but it feels like once the tires broke loose, momentum would throw me all out of whack. Does anyone else get this feeling?"
