Engine lugs on coastdown
My engine lugs a bit when coasting down in 3rd or 4th, the RPMs drop and you can feel the engine lugging, then the RPMs pop back up to where they should be for a couple seconds and then they drop again and the cycle repeats.
Any idea what could be causing this?
