couple quick questions, i have a 97 and i'm not sure if they made cali spec maximas my year. how can i tell this? also my buddy wants to sell me his stillen intake off his 96 max and i was wondering if it will fit on my 97. and lastly, i want to order the frankencar midpipe and i want to know if it comes with all the necessary parts to connect it to the stillen intake...thanks

if you have a cali-spec, you will have 4 sensors to the right of the dip stick. if you have a fed spec, there will only be two.

i don't know if they ypipe will fit - maybe you should search for that.
the frankencar midpipe has nothing to do with the filter you use, as it attaches to your MAF, not directly to the filter.
hope that helps.

check the o2 sensors like Dev said....the stillen intake should be fine, and the frankencar midpipe will be fine as well.

Not sure about the Y pipe. But the Frankencar and Stillen will both work. Thats how my set up is. I have a 98 Max with a 95-96 Stillen Cone on the Frankencar midpipe. The Filter will have a hole in the middle of it, just plug it with 2 washers, and a Bolt and Nut. Check out my Webpage, for a pic of my Stillen Filter plugged.
