Yup,

the MIL can give more than one code (mine gave me 2 once). Interpret the flashes like morse code. 3 slow flashes followed by 7 fast ones means a code of 37. Each code has 4 digits, so you should find a code like 3737 or something like that.

MIL Code

I don't think that's the correct way to decifer the code. I recently had a check engine light issue. If you check the MAX FAQ, you need to access the ECU to the right of the gas pedal. Then the the ignition in the on position, using a screwdriver, turn the screw to the right, wait like 3 sec and then turn it to the left. I got 4 slow flashes followed by 9 fast flashes. So the code is 0409. I couldn't find this code on the MAX FAQ or my chilton manual. So i went to this nissan dealership in Newton, Mass (Next to a Ferriari dealership). This service guy hooked up his little disgnostic hand held thinggy, and pulled a code of P0153 - H2OS1 (B2). He said it was one of the reaer oxygen sensors. He said that sometimes a bad batch of gas can set it off. I don't know if he was telling the truth or not. But he reset the ECU and told me to come back if it comes back on. So you might want to go to a friendly nissan dealership and ask them to pull the codes for you. They didn't charge me, but you never know.
