smoke bumper lenses

I thought that if i tinted my bumper lenses it would look a little bit more sporty, but im not sure what to use. Do i use window tint, that static cling tint, or that spray stuff they have out now??? Also any tips or hints in doing this would be greatful.

also ill be tinting the clears, not the factory and if you could post pics of what it looks like also that would be sweet.

thanks
Cris

I did that and it looks sweet. I don't have a digicam but I'll try and get some pics. I used model paint ;Testors master series "widow tint" and then sealed it up with two coats of clear coat. It is as shiny during the day as my black body paint and at night lets light through with ease without looking illegal. I think it cleans up the front of the car, nice and smooth. I used to have the cleas and they were way better than the orange, but a black max with black bumper lights looks awesome. I'm sure someone could photoshop this easily. Let me know how it goes. P.S. I also did this for eyebrows on the headlights and it looks killer.

I forgot to mention that this is "risk-free". If you don't like it then you can easily strip the paint off of the plastic bumper lenses. You can't lose. good luck, send some pics. Peace.

I tried, but the plastic really tasted bad, dude. Got high, though.
