Ignition Coils

Can somebody please post the resistance values of the ignition coils? I have a Haynes Manual but it only gives resistance should be "anything but zero" between terminals 1 & 2. It does not give the values of terminal 3 & 1 or 3 & 2.

I heard the OTHER manuals might have exact specs for checking resistance of the ignition coils...

Thanks.

The chilton manual says 0.8 ohms between terminals 1&2. But I don't think that is for the 4th gen maxima. When I measure the resistance, I get 1.4kOhms. I measure a brand new coil, and it also measures 1.4kohms.

What measurement do you get?

I agree with that, I just measured mine (99 MY)and they were 1.2K to 1.4K ohms. The 0.8 must be for the 3rd gen.
