NEW PICS OF MAX *painted mudguards*

just cleaned the car and havent shown any new pics in a while, only thing i hate about my car is i'm missing a sidemarker and i never got a chance to cleaning my bumper

http://images.cardomain.com/member_i...1_158_full.jpg

^^^ think i'm going to cut my shifter....

http://images.cardomain.com/member_i...1_157_full.jpg

^^^ sprint springs drop...do u guys think i should take off the splitter? that black thing hanging on the front of my car? its a japanese splitter, like a front kit...i was feeling it and it saved me a few times and now i'm thinking how my car would look with it off....

OH, and mudguards can be painted for anyone by guy named Corey in Howell, NJ. He charges 80 + shipping to paint them and uses flex paint and the whole nine like any other shop. If you live in NJ, even better for you...most shops i checked were charging around 150...shipping isnt more than 15 dollars....

Can he paint twin turbos also?? heh.

Nice pics. Car looks good w/ the 2k rims and the drop. Maroon and the alloy color go well together.

Must be realllly proud of those painted muflaps to make a whole new thread about it.

you have possibly the longest sig ever...

get the splitter smoothed and paint it the color of the car, that might help.. the black isnt doing well, but leave it on because it's different.

The first time I saw the splitter on your car back when you first got it I liked it then. It looks great from the front, the side is iffy, but I'd say keep it since your a Cefiro.

thanks for the feedback guys, i made this thread mainly cause someone way back was aruging about whether they should paint their splash guards their body color...this is just a little proof that they look better when painted the body color vs. just left black...

thanks for the feedback everyone...i'm also debating about that splitter....

I agree with both shogunmax and bigsadler - doesn't look good from the side, but looks good from the front and is different. Its up to you - depends how many modded max's are in your area

it might look nicer if painted

You know as good as I do that you have gotten two things from me that were pretty much free. What did you pay 5 bucks to ship one. The other went out today, you paid nothing. I cant give you everything.

Did you get the mudflaps "professionally" painted? If so, how much? Or did you do them yourself? If so, how? I am looking to paint mine (white maxima) and would like some info.

i got them professionally painted from a guy in Howell, NJ. He charges 80 dollars to paint. All he needs is mudflaps and the color code of your car which is located on your hood i think. He can even ship them out to you if you want but you gotta cover shipping which would be like 10-15 dollars priority.... PM me for more details. I have his number and everything
