NEW Intake from custommaxima.com

I just want to let everyone know that CM.com is making new intakes for our 4th gens. They are making a short ram and a CAI. I have been prototyping the short ram for them for the last week and I just want to inform everyone of what I think about it.

I used to have a franken car mid pipe and a filter before I had the new intake put in, so I can compare between different intakes. As for the CM.com intake its quieter than the franken car, but if you go WOT or above 4000, it gives you a very nice deep groan that sounds great. Also on the Highway it’s very quiet, I have taken the car up to 80 and you cant hear the intake at all, but again if you floor it, it sounds great.

This kit will include, a mid-pipe, all the hoses, an intake, a MAF adapter and a mounting bracket and every thing should fit nicely. It should be ready in 2-4 weeks as far as I know.

I knew this thread was going to go to hell when I saw Custom Maxima was in it. Ask them where those projector head lights are at.
