Couldn't find the thread that I started about this, but I had a problem with my left clear corner falling out. Got some suggestions, and I tried taking the stud from the old lense and putting it on the new one, but that didn't work.

Anyway to fix it, while I had the new lense out, I decided to put a washer between the lense and the stud so the stud would stick out just a bit farther. This worked, and it grabbed the plastic grommet and is on there snug enough that it won't be falling out. Not quite as snug as the OEM ones, but good enough.
