Everything on the sunroof works fine. However, when I use the tilt function to open the window, the motor just doesnt seem to stop when the window fully opens. It just keeps spinning (or at least i assume that since it keeps humming and the tone doesnt change). In all other directions, the motor stops when the glass stops moving. Is this normal?

 

Nope. The only way you are going to check it is to take it apart. I have instruction in my sig.

 

You mean when you hold the button down, right? Mine does that, too.

 

Yes, I think were on the same page. The button that controls the tilt angle (not the slide button). When you TILT open your sunroof by holding the button down, even when the glass fully opens, the motor continues to 'hum' if you hold on the button.

 

Yep. I hope it's normal, because I just bought this car and I would have had the dealer fix it before I took it!

 

Weird, I just bought mine a few weeks ago as well.
