FSTB cancels handling?

FSTB cancels handling?
I heard that if you get a FSTB without the the RSB and you lower the car, it wont handle as well as if you juss have "none of the bars and springs" or "all the bars and springs".

You heard wrong.

None of the suspension mods "cancel" the others.
