who would recommend getting a budget y pipe?

i feel so lost without search method
i was thinking about getting budget y pipe ,if i do does it change the sound at all when u hit the gas (almost like a muffler) is it direct replacement , do i need any other parts to change while doing so ,

are the increases in HP easily noticable , is it true you can expect 10-15 hp increase?

can switching to an aftermarket y pipe mess up the car at all?

i heard its hard to pass inspections unless your car is warmed up ?

any info would be appreciated , thanks

get the budget y, there are no negative aspects to it.
you gain power - sound changes, but car is still pretty quiet.

you will easily pass emissions, its the cat that does the majority of filtering. you will need some gaskets which i think are included with the pipe. its a bolt on, no other parts needed.
