Help...how Do I Find A Short...i Keep Blowing Fuses.

HEY GUYS,
I keep blowing fuses and the result is my guages dont work....its the 10amps meter fuse located in the fuse box near the clutch...I replaced it on sunday but it is blown again today...I just changed by alternator about a week ago and im afraid it might cause it to go bad soon if i cant find the short....Also my car(95 GLE) is vibrating really really bad, even in neutral ...does anyone have any idea what is going on? HOW DO I FIND WHERE THE SHORT IS? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

try putting a 15A or 20A in it. If that blows then you gotta follow the wires. (which is not fun)
