Today going to work I noticed my change lane indicators (blinkers) stopped working... they dont blink on the dash or on the outside. All the light are on fine when turn them on for night driving. I also noticed that my passanger power lock doesnt lock or open with all the other doors... it did fine when I got in the car. Can anyone help ? IS this a fuse ? IF so where are those fuses ?

They are right on the panel under the steering wheel, remove the cover and read it to find the fuse.

 

So you sure this is a fuse ? And any idea why it would just go like that ?
