Slightly Bent Rim

I went to Discount Tire to get a balance. My Max was shaking pretty bad at about 70mph. They did the job and the little tech guy told me that my back driver's side rim is slightly bent. I took the Max on I-10 and punched it. The shaking/vibration is reduced waaaaaaaaaay down. However I am wondering about this whole "slightly bent rim" issue. Should I get it fixed? If so, does anybody know about how much? I have 18" chrome wheels. Thanks.

Call around... I just had 2 16" konig villains repaired for $55 each. There was no face damage but the inside lip was bent and the hub was slightly out of alignment. (I hit a 6"by 12" 6' wooden beam...) The car drives completely without vibration now.

Good luck,

Jim
