rewire fog light

does anyone know how to rewire the stock fog light so it can turn on when none other light is on, and how to stay on while the high beam is turned on???

pictures with instruction would be great..

doesn't tell you how to do it so u can have it on when NO OTHER lights are on, but when ur parking lights are on. hope this helps.
