URGENT: Question about clutch engagement

I know I have some type of clutch problem. What the exact problem is I don't know. Background - clutch replaced and transmission rebuild at 117k. Fast forward to last week, I currently have 141k on the car now and the clutch is engaging very low (you have to push all the way to the floor), so I checked the fluid and it was empty, filled it up and as it has improved slightly there is still the problem with it engaging very low. Do I have a slave cylinder problem or is the clutch going out again?

Maybe there's a leak in the line some where.

You have to bleed the system. When the fluid went low air got in your system. Merely refilling the fluid won't cut it.
