Spring Isolator Question......

I have done a search and right now I;m just trouble shooting. I've decided to take the spring isolators off of my stock struts and have put them on my eibach pro kits (used). What i've noticed is that the stock springs had an adhesive to keep them firmly on the springs. can I use the stock ones on my Eibach, and if so, what can I use an an adhesive to keep the isolators on the springs? Thanks for all the responses people.

Rubber Cement works well. You can check the FAQ thread for a P/N for new Nissan Isolators that I found which are thick, long and belive it or not, cheap too!

The isolators tend to get torn up after a few years of use.

Found it for ya. These are for the front.

Courtesy Nissan has the best price on these, about $6.50 P/N 54034-85E10

Thanks for the info and reply njmaxseltd. I think I might get the new ones for that cheap of a price. My old isolators aren't in that bad of shape. But I guess I might as well do it right the first time so I don't have to worry about them again. Maybe the clunking will be gone after the reinstall this weekend.

I called Courtesy and they were charging 31.00 per isolator. So I gave JRNissan a call in Mass and was quoted 10.00 per piece. They also said that part number was for a 3rd gen max rather than a 4th gen max.
