How do I get the antenna out? I'm trying to replace the old one but i can't seem to kind the bolt that holds it in place.

 

Try applying WD40, anti rust or something that you could get at a local auto store. Spray it on then 30min later spray it some more, and let it sit over night. Then grab a rag, and a vise grip. start turning it.
