I installed my alarm and autostart (Clifford RS3) today.... After using it for 2 days, I saw the engine check light on my dash. So, I checked it, and it showed 0409 code which was no defined. Then, I tried to restarted my car using the remote start. My car tried to statrt , but the engine suddenly stop, and it retried to start again and again. I read the manual and installation guide to recheck all wire. Everything was fine and I recheck it with BITWRITER (DEI setting computer). EVerything was okay. I just wonder that our car has the immobilizer or not ? Some people say Yes, but there are no small Sims card or any ships in the key like others. If so, I have to install delay and bypass the immobilizer. Please, let me know

99 4th gen has the immobles, all other before that dont.

i thought all 4th gens with security would disable the starter motor if the alarm went off.
