Reverse creaking

Hey guys...... ive just noticed that when i put my car in reverse, and let out the clutch enough to get it to move, I hear a "creaking" sound from the engine bay, sounds like an old door that creaks. has anyone ever had this? I dont know how long it's been since the tranny fluid has been changed, so i guess i should try that first.....

oh and also, whenever i let off the gas in 1st or 2nd anywhere past 2k rpm's, when the car kinda jerks back and forth (i know this is normal), but i hear some popping sounds too..... is this normal too, or would there be something wrong? i am a newbie at 5 speeds.... so let me know, thanks!

Are you sure its not just you letting off the brakes while the car is trying to roll slightly? I know that my brakes will make a low pitched "wooden door" creaking sound when I let off the brakes slightly.

i noticed more carefully, and the creaking only happens when the car is warm and in reverse. it doesn't happen in the mornings when i reverse out of the garage. anyone have any ideas?
