The light is out for my 4 way flasher button on my dash. It bugs me when lights or anything arent working and I need to fix it. Isnt that bulb an led? Can anyone give me some help on a way to fix it. thanks

I don't think there are any LEDs stock in the Maxima.

Go to http://www.maximadriver.com/ and then to the "How-to" section and click one of the links under "cosmetics" that has to do with replacing dash gauges and gauge faces. Its near the bottom. It will tell you how to remove the gauge cluster.

the bulb should be accesible once you get the switch out of the dash. the bulb should be accesable by just taking the face of the button off. Of coarse you may be able to get the whole switch without much hassle or expense. It couln't hurt to see if that bulb is replaceable, most switches like that one come apart one way or another just for incidentals like this one.
