What size lugs and wheel locks to do i need to put some Konig Wheels on? Is it 12X1.25? and where do i get them

 

Yup. There might be a "C/W" designation as well for clockwise orientation.
You should be able to get a set from a local Konig dealer (or any other performance rim shop). The lugs can close-ended or open-ended. I prefer the first since it keeps dirt out.
