You will have to get UPRD to reprogram the ECU to get maximum benefits out of your car though. You can talk to Robert at UPRD about your individual applications and he will assist you further. However, please only serious buyers contact him because he is a busy man.

as the mid-rpm gains. I believe the top end gains were 10 hp at the wheels, but in the midrange it jumped to over 19 hp. Those are really good numbers. If we get 30 people, it will be $425, which is a great deal.

Doug I believe Cheston is said that if you get the 96 O2 sensor their isn't a problem, and I think he is still working on another way to fix it. However, this question would be better answered by him.

it is taking so long for this thing to launch. UPRD is still trying to do some more testing on some things, such as SC, raising the idle, etc... Well, maybe they are trying, and then maybe they are just thinking about it, are maybe........ Oh-well, guess we will find out someday. Monday, I should know more.

just to let you guys in a little secret..

on the freeway today, a friend of mine with an SC auto lined up with me and we punched it at 40.

were were dead even up until the top of my 3rd gear (~80) before i shifted to 4th, and i were were pretty much dead even. (the SC had me by a nose, and this was before i shifted to 4th...) then we ran out of room...

this ECU, believe it or not, will work BEST for 95/96 owners. i'm just saying, that for the 97 owners, this ECU happens to work, and for me, it remapped the fuel at RPMs over 3.4k , and really made a significant difference..

the dyno numbers reflected aren't too hot for the 97, but for the 95/96, they are good. (nabil has yet to dyno, unfortunately, and the dynos that were done, are on the Clayton Dynometer, and thus deemed "lame" by the populus because "it's not a real dynojet".. blah blah blah. well.. i'll have more stuff to prove later, but this deal won't go anywhere unless people are serious about it. and i don't need any more "flakers" or people who want in, but dont want to be in until everyone is in, got that?

so. it's either you're IN on the Grp deal, or you're out. simple as that....

group deals are a PITA, but hey, i want us Maxima guys to have good stuff, and i've been working at this project since September of last year... this is really a good mod, and for those who think otherwise, then you go out and find a company that is willing to put down time/effort for an ECU...

if this ECU deal goes through, which i KNOW it will, UPRD will begin research on breaking the 97 ECU, 98 ECU, possibly the 99/2k ecus, so this my friends, is just the beginning...

this mod will work for 95/96/97 maximas only. sorry 98/99/00/01 guys. for 97 maximas, a rear o2 sensor MIL might come up, but we're working on a solution for it...
